The founder and driving force behind PEGASUS EVOLUTION is Mary Baxter. She founded the company in 2003.

Mary has hands-on business experience. Her restructuring of the family business won her a national production award. She then went on to gain an MBA from Henley Management College. Mary is also a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP and holds a certificate in coaching.

Mary’s extensive training by a formidable group of internationally renowned people has influenced the shape and direction of Pegasus Evolution. Their influence, coupled with her natural skills as a listener and communicator, enables her to discover and release the potential in individuals, teams and organizations.
